From the moment you walk into our log cabin dental office, our friendly dental team, including our skilled dentist, Dr. Brett Kocherhans, will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We are an understanding team of dental professionals who realize that visits to the dentist aren't always fun. For some people, dental appointments and procedures even cause anxiety. I graduated in the inaugural class of the University of Utah School of Dentistry after earning a Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Utah Valley University. I chose a career in dentistry because it’s an exciting blend of science and art, and I love seeing and getting to know my patients in beautiful Eagle River, AK.
My wife, Amie, was born and raised here in Alaska. We live in Eagle River with our three children, Claire, Parker, and Tanner. For us, Alaska is home. I love the fresh air, the neighborly culture, and living so close to Amie’s family. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors with my family, attending community events and festivals, and playing the guitar.
It is my highest priority to make all my patients feel like a part of our Alpine family. I believe every patient should feel respected, comfortable, and completely confident with their smile. I strive to provide gentle, quality dental care with a professional and personable attitude.

I was born and raised in Southern Oregon. I graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Oregon Institute of Technology in 2018. I love being a hygienist and building relationships with each of my patients. Beyond dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 dogs, going on adventures, and shopping.

I was born and raised in Southern California. I moved to Alaska in 1999 to be closer to my husband’s family. I have been in the dental field since 1998 and started out as a dental assistant and moved on to a scheduling coordinator. I graduated from Concorde Career College for dental hygiene in 2014 with honors. Serving my community as a dental hygienist has been a life long goal and has been achieved with success. I am an enthusiastic hygienist and will go out of my way to exceed my patient’s expectations.
I have two daughters, Joselyn and Tessa and have been married to my husband Tony since 2000. I enjoy reading, cooking, going on nature walks, gardening, trips to Disneyland and spending quality time with my family.

I moved to Alaska from Texas in May of 2023 and have loved it ever since. I graduated from Texas Academy of Dental Assisting in 2022. I chose to be a Dental Assistant because I love getting to know each of our patients, and making them feel more comfortable about being at the dentist. In my spare time I like to go fishing, hiking, riding on 4-wheelers, and of course spending time with family!

My family and I moved to Alaska from Idaho in January of 2020 when my husband was given a job opportunity up here. My husband, three kids and I have truly fallen in love with Alaska and all of its great wonders. If I am not in the office you can find me outside camping, fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, or playing volleyball. My favorite time of the year is Summer because of the endless possibilities Alaska provides.
